Veronica Lawrence is a dedicated real estate professional with Pacific Sotheby’s in the dynamic neighborhood of Banker’s Hill, serving clients across San Diego’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Partnered with Jeff Davidson, a highly experienced global real estate advisor and new development leader, there is no client their team cannot serve both locally and internationally.

Veronica’s passion for real estate is rooted in her belief that a home is more than a place to live; it is a transformative investment that can shape families, neighborhoods, and futures.  Specializing in historic communities, and Downtown San Diego, she brings a unique combination of legal expertise, property management experience, and deep local knowledge to every transaction.

Veronica has spent over 15 years immersed in real estate–related fields, which has built a powerful foundation for her career as an agent. Her enduring appreciation for San Diego’s diverse neighborhoods, architectural heritage, and vibrant lifestyle fuels her passion for helping clients find the perfect property.  As a homeowner of a Mills Act historic property, Veronica has firsthand experience with the intricacies of owning, maintaining, and renovating architecturally significant homes.

Before joining PacificSotheby’s International Realty, Veronica worked extensively in real estate, probate, and business law after completing the UCSD Paralegal Program. Her legal background equips her with advanced skills in navigating complex transactions, trusts, or probate-related sales. Veronica later transitioned into property management, working with industry-leading organizations. She managed both mid-rise and high-rise residential communities across Downtown San Diego and became a Certified California Residential Manager (CCRM) in 2014.

Beyond her professional life, Veronica is a musician at heart. She plays piano and guitar, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Music from California State University, Long Beach. A proud mom of two daughters, with her husband, a perfect day is at the beach or zoo.
