Jeff Davidson is the Broker Associate with Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty's Bankers Hill office in San Diego and the founder of the Jeff Davidson Group. With more than three decades of experience, Jeff is known for his deep market knowledge, strategic approach, and unwavering commitment to exceptional client service.

Jeff and his team serve the diverse neighborhoods of Metro San Diego, including Downtown, Bankers Hill, Mission Hills, Hillcrest, University Heights, Normal Heights, Kensington, Talmadge, North and South Park, Mission Valley, and Point Loma. His expertise also extends beyond San Diego to Los Angeles, Palm Springs and Baja California markets, where he has been an active investor as well.

Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Jeff holds a degree in Finance from Indiana University, with studies in economics and accounting. His client base includes high-profile individuals from academia, sports, entertainment, resort development, and the corporate sector. His consistent performance and leadership have earned him recognition as a Top Agent by Modern Luxury Magazine and The Wall Street Journal.

Raised in a family deeply rooted in real estate—his father a custom home builder and his mother integral to the design process—Jeff developed an early appreciation for quality, architecture, and aesthetics. He also cultivated a creative background through theater and music, studying voice under a renowned opera singer. This creative foundation enhances his ability to help clients visualize opportunities and make confident, informed decisions.

In addition to real estate, Jeff has ventured into film production, telling compelling stories, including a recent project that received a GLAAD Media Award nomination. His ability to create narrative and vision carries seamlessly into his real estate practice.
