About Bianca Lizarraga

Bianca is the Executive Assistant to Jeff Davidson, Broker Associate for the The Agency’s San Diego / Bankers Hill office and Administrative Assistant to the Jeff Davidson Group team.  

With multi-faceted real estate management knowledge, Bianca ensures that the transaction process for clients is efficient while delivering exceptional service from the contract's inception continuing through to a successful close.

Bianca’s storied career includes commercial and residential portfolio management comprised of hotels, multi-family, and light commercial.  Additionally, leading successful renovation projects of both historic and newly constructed properties.

Having recently managed a successful residential real estate firm, where her expansive duties included marketing, client relations, residential renovations and transaction coordination.  Bianca created standards and procedures catapulting the firm to the County’s top producing entity within two years of its initial launch.

Grounded in the principles that have guided her professional career over the last decade, Bianca is one dedicated real estate professional.
